Warranties come in all shapes and sizes, and most of them have so many conditions and exclusions that they are of very limited value. The TrustMark - MasterBond Warranty is different. Introduced in response to widespread consumer demand for more protection from the cowboys it is only available to Companies who have been accepted into the scheme after strict vetting procedures covering all aspects of their business - quality of workmanship, health and safety procedures, liability insurance, etc. and received their Government Licence - and gives you complete peace of mind.
The scheme is Government Endorsed and run in association with The Federation of Master Builders and means that you can commission work on your property with the confidence that comes from knowing that you are dealing with a reputable firm and the work is protected by the TrustMark - MasterBond Warranty.

A TrustMark - MasterBond warranty protects against defects due to faulty workmanship or materials for the first two years, and against structural defects for a further eight years - that's a total of ten years peace of mind.

All claims are professionally and promptly handled.
Should a dispute over quality arise between you and your builder during the job the scheme offers a free resolution service.
