- Our offices are permanently staffed to ensure that your call is answered promptly. We make firm timed appointments with you and will travel to any of the areas we cover for Roofing, PVCu Guttering, Cladding, Drain Work, in Bournemouth, and all surrounding areas
- We provide free written fixed-price quotations (NOT estimates!) within 48 hours or sooner if you require by fax or email
- We never try to pressurise you - we visit your premises and do a thorough survey, then we send you a fully-specified quotation for you to consider at your convenience
- We give you a time-frame for the work and are always able to cope with emergency repairs at short notice
- We ensure that your property is left clean and tidy at the end of each working day and that appropriate protective equipment is used at all times
- We have a contracts manager to oversee all work and liaise with you. The manager is also responsible for collection/delivery of all materials -so our staff are not forever leaving the job 'to get materials' !
- We comply fully with all Health & Safety requirements and carry full Liability Insurance
- We never use sub-contractors, only our own fully trained (to City & Guilds / NVQ level) permanent staff
- We never leave your job to go off and do other work - once started your work is carried-on to completion
- We ensure that our staff are polite and considerate at all times
